  1. EFarm.cm is open for business 24/7 and we can be contacted any time of the day online.
  2. Our over-the-phone business, our working hours are between 8:30am and 6:30pm (GMT +1) from Mondays to Fridays and 9am to 4:00pm (GMT +1) on Saturdays.

How do i become a registered user?

Either by registering on the website free of charge, through the tab ‘Register’ and signing in.

I am an interested seller, how do i get my products to reach the buyer and how do i get paid?

Are you an interested user? Then register on the website free of charge, through the tag ‘Register’ and sign in. As registered users, users can post/list and buy online.

After registration and sign in, you post/list your products online via the ‘sell’ link or from ‘My eFarm’ click on ‘sell product’ and follow the registration steps. Your posted/listed products will view by other users around the world. Once your product bought online, base on the payment method selected, the payment will be transfer to our(GericomGroup Co LTD) account, our commission deducted, after the buyer is happy with the product, your payment will now be transfer to your account.

I did not receive what i ordered, what do i do?

Contact our customer Support either online (customer support page) or over-the-phone (phone number).

I received what I ordered, but changed my mind on the product, what do I do?

Once payment is made, EFarm.cm will not refund for any rejected products unless the products are damaged during transportation.

My goods are delayed, what do i do?

If your goods are delayed, or you received an item much later than promised and now cannot use it any more, we consider this as 'not as described'. In this case, you should contact the (customer support page) or over-the-phone (phone number)customer helpdesk and log in your complaint. eFarm.cm will do its best to resolve all outstanding issues within a period of 5 business days.

Under what condition can i be refunded

Once, quality control procedures have been completed and payments made, EFarm.cm will not refund for any rejected products unless the products are damaged during transportation.

What currencies are payment done in?

Our trading currency are XAF and USD FCFA but payment can be done in any currency in the world, as long as it is the exact value in XAF and USD and has been approved by an established Cameroonian bank.

The SOLE reason why eFarm.cm was created was to create an opportunity for farmers in the communities in Cameroon market their farm products online, to be able to reach to customers and consumers around Cameroon, Africa and the rest of the World.
