An Error when paying for an item

If you receive an error message at checkout, here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Make sure your primary shipping address is correct.
  2. If the payment appears in your purchase history with an hourglass icon, the PayPal payment is pending and hasn't been received by the seller
  3. If your payment shows as unclaimed in your PayPal account, we recommend contacting the seller to let them know. Once the payment is complete, the seller will ship the item
